The music the past three years has been older bit quality thru and thru. This year was no exception. The Who came out and shocked the crowd as much as the Saints onside kick.
Sure they’re geezers now, but the music and the energy still dwarf most of the dribble that’s come out in the last ten years. Even Robert’s idea of playing the Who songs as medley came across. I hope the Super Bowl planning committee keeps up this trend of high level talent and musicianship. It’s worth it.

Taylor Swift Returns Favor

Grammy Awards, 2010: Taylor Swift thanks Kanye West for the best PR stunt in the last ten years:

Taylor Swift won the VMA’s and now has moved up to “Grammy Legend”, and who does she have to thank for all her success? Her producers? NO. Her PR? NO. Her BS Songwriters? NO God? well, we all thank the maker once and a while. The answer I’m looking for sits in Kanye West’s rant. Simply the best PR Stunt of the last ten years.

It’s time to return the favor, Taylor. Kanye West easly put out one of the 5 best records in the last ten years, and now he’s gone underground. It’s too bad really, all he did was play the MTV game and got shunned. We all got a little drunk and stood up for our friends, he just did it on national TV! And how many of us only saw that part of the VMA’s? How many of us laughed whilst sipping coffee with some coworkers. Even “Public Bathroom Advocate” Chelsea ‘Lately’ Handler brought this story up (yeah I saw it, so?) SO: it’s time Taylor’s people get off the podium and start making amends, or ol’ Mr Karma’s gonna smack her on her country sitting butt.

FUTURE NEWSBREAK: TAYLOR SWIFT TO SING ON KANYE WEST’S NEW ALBUM. This needs to happen. He’s talented, he’s a showman, he’s not always drunk: If she’s as country and as “Christian” as she makes herself out to be it’s time she steps up and thanks the man who made the north give a damn. One song, probably a chorus and maybe a middle 8. Not so bad, and she’ll get paid, and people will shower her with respect, and it’ll make great drama. I can see it now: Front Page, New York Times: Wonderbread White Girl Not Afraid of Non-Whites

Call it what you will. We’ll all dance, we all still love Kanye!

Awake ***reset***

This is a test of the emergency chris mcmillen system.
